ORDERING
    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

    Our time starts from the moment an order is placed and include a 48-72 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

    HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. You may also contact customer service at care@punarvi.com 

    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

    However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

    SHIPPING
    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    The delivery time will range from 2-4 business days for domestic orders, and up to 2 weeks for international orders.

    HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    Shipping is $6 for standard US domestic orders, $12 for Priority 2 Day domestic orders, $25 for Express 1 Day domestic and $20 for any international orders.

    WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

    We ship anywhere within the United States and most countries worldwide.

    WHAT IF I NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

    Express shipping is available as an option during the checkout process.
