We ended our time in Mumbai with an unforgettable meal at Tresind, so visiting Tresind Studio in Dubai felt like the natural next chapter. While both celebrate modern Indian cuisine, the Dubai experience pushed creativity even further. Every course felt like a work of art, weaving together florals, unexpected textures, and bold Indian flavors in ways that constantly surprised us. One bite that still lives rent free in my mind was their take on ice cream inspired by khandvi, paired with a pickled pepper coated in delicate crunch and edible florals. It sounds completely unexpected, but somehow every element worked together insanely. Meals like this remind me that food can be just as much about imagination as it is about flavor. Easily top 3 dishes of all time for me.
