Arizona Gunslinger Hot Sauce
Discovered this hot sauce with Arjit at Amangiri in Utah — a jalapeño pepper blend from Arizona that we ended up having every morning on our avocado toast. The staff even started bringing out a little bowl for us without asking. As soon as we got home, we ordered a bottle (and then a few more for friends and family). It’s not too spicy — just perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Years later, it’s still a staple in our pantry. Highly recommend for any hot sauce lover.
